Donations of soft drinks and Gatorade are needed for the concession stand at Run at the Rock. Please send donations to school with your runner or bring with you to the next meet. Cash donations are also welcome!

We end this week with a meet on Saturday at Darlington in Rome. The bus will leave WHS no later than 6:45 a.m. so make sure your runner arrives on time!

Take Hwy 411 to Rome
When you get to the outskirts of Rome stay on Hwy 411 south
Take the Darlington Dr/Old Lindale Rd exit
Turn left at Cedar Ave SW (signs for Darlington Dr/Old Lindale Rd)
Take the 1st right onto Darlington Dr SW
Turn right at Cave Spring Rd SW
